Receives $1500 Scholarship From The Chris A. Lamberg Memorial Foundation, A National Heritage Foundation

Inna D. Kolesnikova has received $1,500 from the Chris A. Lamberg Memorial Foundation, a National Heritage Foundation. The scholarship will be used to provide resources as Inna D. Kolesnikova furthers her education at Indiana University Bloomington.

Inna Kolesnikova is a proven leader and outstanding student. Inna and her family immigrated to America in 1991 from Moldova. Overcoming obstacles, Inna excelled in academics and has been in the top four percent of her class for four years. She is a member of National Honor Society and an Advanced Placement Scholar with honor by the College Board. She has also received awards for leadership, piano competition and writing poetry. Her community involvement includes, volunteering for shelter remodeling, and collecting school supplies for underprivileged children.

The Chris A. Lamberg Memorial Foundation was established to continue Chris' legacy of Godly characteristics and promote youth Christian development, educational excellence, leadership and musical expression through services, programs and scholarships. The 2005 Chris A. Lamberg Memorial Scholarship was established to award a North Central High School graduating senior who exudes the same spirit of life, educational excellence, leadership and community commitment that Chris possessed.
